At Kyalie.com, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Start a Return:

To begin your return or exchange, please email us at info@kyalie.com with your order number and reason for return. This will help us process your request promptly.

Conditions for Return:

For a successful return, the item must meet the following criteria:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition, with all tags and labels attached.
• The seal must remain unbroken for hygiene-sensitive products.
• The item should not show signs of use or damage.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm its status. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within a few business days.

Return Shipping:

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. Kyalie.com is not responsible for items lost during the return process.

Non-returnable Items:

Due to hygiene reasons, items such as underwear, lingerie, and skincare products cannot be returned.

Exchanges:

If you'd like to exchange an item, please follow the same return process and indicate the item you'd like to receive in exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.
